Schedule An Assessment
Every athlete at San Diego Athletics undergoes a seven point physical assessment with our certified coaching staff before joining group classes. The assessment process is important in developing a relationship with our clients. If you suffer from joint dysfunction, back pain, or are recovering from injury, the assessment process allows our coaching staff to diagnose the issue and initiate a plan to ensure the safety of your training.
Our number one priority for every client is to live a pain free life.
For the majority of new athletes, the assessment process allows the coach and athlete to begin a dialogue that gives us a snapshot of your current fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and your future goals. We value the assessment process. Our program is only effective if we play on the same team. The movement screen is the basis for a conversation to know your goals, your lifestyle, your travel and work schedule, and most importantly, your motivation for prioritizing health and fitness in your life.

Depending on your interest, San Diego Athletics offers multiple membership options.
- For less committed athletes, the recreational plan offers a month to month option.
- The majority of our athletes commit to a three month, Lifestyle plan, for a reduced rate and unlimited classes.
- Athletes looking for a more personalized experience, including personalized nutrition and personal training, the Lifestyle Plus option is available.
- Athletes looking for the highest level of membership, the Professional membership, include personal training, nutrition coaching, and a coach dedicated specifically to all of your fitness needs.
