The CrossFit PB Lifetime Achievement Award
The CrossFit PB Lifetime Achievement Award, is the culmination of years of training, coaching, and goal setting by people that have dedicated their lives to be big, strong, fast, and in general, really good at all things exercise.
One of my favorite things to do in my day is scrolling through my Facebook feed and watching the endless videos of people Olympic lifting, squatting, screaming, and in general, selling their souls on the internet hoping someone will “like” how strong they are. I often wonder what other peoples’ Facebook feeds look like if they are not filled with endless exercise videos. Then I remember how creepy people are and I am really happy I am not privy to that information.
The coaches of CrossFit PB have been training together for nearly 4 years now. We have accumulated a decent level of knowledge and a high level of understanding the upper limits of human physical potential. When we sit down and talk numbers, there are a few that constantly come up as a benchmark for being really, really awesome. The issue with our sport, however, is you are not allowed to just be strong; you have to be fast, powerful, and have a small understanding of some basic gymnastics.

Here are the rules:
- Males must be under a body weight of 210#
- Women can be any bodyweight under 150#
- All exercise can be completed over the lifetime of your training at CFPB.
- Does not have to be done on the same day, but we would like you to do the testing at CFPB or on a video.
- You must complete all requirements. A lot of people are half way there, and nobody cares.
The CrossFit PB Lifetime Achievement Award minimum requirements:
Strict Press – 200#/ 125#
Bench – 300#/ 175#
Squat - 400#/ 265#
Deadlift – 500#/ 335#
Snatch – 250#/ 165#
Clean and Jerk – 300#/ 200#
Fran – sub 2:30/ sub 3:00
Our gym doesn’t have many “clubs” and “awards.” A lot of times it just seems like there are too many participation awards in this world. Now we have one, and it is a doozy. As of now, there is only one person to achieve all of these feats. His name is Greg Pitts and when he did it he had pig tails….. Get on his level, and become a legend.
