Kroc Row

The Kroc Row is fantastic to work on uni-lateral movement, which ensures that the body is equally strong and able on both sides. There is also an element of anti-rotation, which forces the athlete to engage the core to remain level, despite the weight trying to pull the body to one side.

Aside from the fact that this movement is performed bracing a bench, with only one arm working at a time, the general movement pattern and reasoning behind the method of performance is identical to the Bent-over BB Row.
