Starting Monday November 2^nd, all three of the daily programs at San Diego Athletics will be undergoing a massive change. Anders and I are extremely excited and full of anticipation to get this rolling.

I will be writing blog posts for each focusing exclusively on each of the three programs. I will discuss the specifics of each program and the key points of focus for each.

Whether you plan to participate in one or all of the programs, you should at least understand what each one will offer for the next 12 weeks, so please take the time to read and see what each one will bring to the table.
