On Thursday February 12th, Theresa Larson and Dr. Jim Cahill introduced to San Diego Athletics community to the world of meditation. Theresa is a student of Dr. Cahill's and has practiced meditation under his guidance through many tough events in her life. In this video, she delves into her story, the up and down regulation of our energy, as well as communicating the benefits she has gained through her meditation practice since working with Dr. Cahill. Half way through the clinic, Dr. Cahill takes over and goes deep into the science of meditation, how it works, and why it is important.
